Who are we?<\/h3>

The Jetty Street Press is a small creative studio based in Mevagissey, a small fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall, UK.\u00a0

We try to take a different slant on the Cornish landscape through design and illustration, creating a range of art prints and t-shirt designs.<\/p>

The most popular print collection 'Overrated Cornwall', is inspired by the 1-Star Tripadvisor reviews for well-known places in Cornwall.

The words on these prints are based on real Tripadvisor reviews of these places. I was initially outraged and then inspired by the outlandish reviews people were leaving about the landscape, wildlife, visitor attractions and of course, other tourists.\u00a0 I started creating them in the summer of 2022 and they went viral online. They ended up as a subject of discussion on Radio Cornwall, BBC Spotlight, Cornwall Live, The Independent and The Telegraph<\/u><\/a>. They were the subject of an exhibition at the Museum of Cornish Life in the summer of 2023.

Some people are upset by them, but most people seem to find them amusing.
